i remember the way you held me in your arms,
the way you kissed me goodnight,
a father,
you caught me in your web of charms,
i thought you were always right,
a daughter,
but then i saw who you are,
the pain i felt wrapped around me like a belt,
like a crazy net i just couldn't forget,
you were always there and i was in fear
